How do I place an order?
To order click on the “add to cart” button under the items you require. Once you have added everything you require click “checkout” button and follow the on screen instructions to complete your order.

Where are you located?
We are located in Norfolk, UK but we do not have a shop, as we are Internet based only

Can I collect?
Sorry But we do not offer this service

Processing and shipment
For all standard orders are 2-5 working days and for custom orders 2-3 weeks.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes we can ship anywhere in the world but there will be an additional charge of £5 outside the UK

What Length do your cyberlox come in?
Our cyberlox come in 3 different average sizes
Short 15 inches
Medium 19 inches
Long 26 inches

How many colours can I have in my cyberlox?
You can have up to 5 different colours in your cyberlox

How do I put falls in?
1: Put you hair in a high ponytail on your head. Twist it into a bun and secure with rubberbands, bobby pins, and whatever else you may need to tame it. A wide, flat bun is easier to hide than a very tall one. If making it smaller causes bits of hair to stick out, pin them down with bobby pins or bun pins.

2: Tie the part of the elastic that is not holding the cyberlox around your bun, with the cyberlox hanging forward over your face. You do this pretty much the same way you would twist a plain elastic onto your hair, except you need to be careful not to tangle the fall into it.

3: Flip the cyberlox back over your bun and out of your face.
